Reunited

Blanca the Bull Terrier came in today as a "Stray" with a microchip.
After some research on the chip, our Shelter reunited her with her family. Blanca was either stolen or somehow got out of her yard and was missing for 2 years!

I am overjoyed that I was able to experience this moment with the owner. Blanca immediately recognized her owner when we brought her out and could barley contain her excitement. She had all of us a bit misty eyed. Such a perfect example of why we should all microchip our pets.
