Kiosk

Had a bit of a walk around the boulevard this afternoon, there are car parks underneath the road and every so often a set of stairs that go down into the car park. About half of the stairs are like the one above and also have a lift and round the other side a little kiosk selling snacks or incorporating a cash machine.
