Being the upstanding pillar of society that I questionably may or may not be, I have found myself volunteering for a role that means than one week in four I am "grounded". No sailing, no long runs out of town and, since also at the moment circuit training is only on once a week instead of twice, leaves me feeling distinctly unfulfilled. Some people I know well would point out that all this can play havoc with my head.
That week is this week and, to try something different, I've rejoined the gym. I don't think it'll last long - I much prefer running in the open air in the beautiful countryside than in a stuffy, sweaty room.
