Vibrant

Is how Southbourne was described on 'Location Location Location', along with 'cosmopolitan' and 'up-and-coming'.  Fair enough.  The coffee shops and small businesses are are bringing the place alive.  But there are still enough of the traditional shops to keep its homely, traditional feel.  The greengrocers' display managed to be vibrant even on a wet morning.
