Saturday breakfast

Apologies for the food photo... It's Dan's birthday weekend, so I made him breakfast this morning (although he provided the homemade bread). Baked eggs in chipotle and tomato sauce. I even made the sauce last night, so it had time to cook down properly. It was pretty yummy and something I'll definitely make again. 

This afternoon, our friends Ruth and Lee came over and we went for a muddy walk to Goitstock Falls. The beck was the highest I've ever seen it and the falls looked great; I took some photos, but the light was rubbish, so they are nothing special, sadly. Its so rare to get good light there, as its under the trees. I'll keep trying though.
