No oomph today! Perfectly content but just not a lot of energy! Meandered the morning away before taking New Years eve photos on a usb stick to friends house who is a committee member of the village hall, hopefully some will make it onto the halls internet site. Had a good cup of espresso and a natter before looking at photos of New year, talking about their Christmas spent in Morocco, and looking at my blips and their holiday on his very nice big screen! Since I was last there they have had the attic converted to a work space for him and his wife which you enter by going through the bathroom! Most bizarre! 3 flights of stairs in all and wonderful views up and down the valley! 
Came back via village shop to buy cat food - new type which fat cat liked a lot! Friend came down for tea and crumpet - her first visit to me for a long time since her treatment started - felt like old times. Spoke about the plan to spend a couple of nights in a YHA in Boswinger, near Gorran Haven  and Mevagissey in February. Will be 20 of us in all! A friend has booked the whole hostel! No internet access, phone signal or tv though  - gulp! 
 Took a few photos here and there during the day - liked this one as just looks like a typical Cornish village!  Which it so is!
