New Year's first fittin' visit from Mum and Dad, with the former answering yesterday's SOS call for veggie broth in style and handing over her usual bag of first footin' swag.

Snow, bearded man getting kindling, soup, fire on, lap cat, scrabble (he won, let us just record that for posterity). And much less couging fits. Looking forward to being almost human tomorrow.
