LONDON WALK

Day off ...but popped into work, to do some paperwork but mainly to meet a friend for a cuppa....took Harvey for a walk in Dulwich park and enjoyed a hot chocolate.
In the evening I went on a Guided London Walk with the girlies ( and The Rev) around Kensington. Really interesting....with 3 pub stops enroute!!!
#this was one of the original Kwik Fit places....the Old Michelin Tyre shop now a pricey restaurant...the smells were amazing.
#this was a house down a tiny Mews that was used on a film set and where a WW2 spy worked....for England and Germany!!!
#the tour guide was an actor who staged the dropping of secret messages behind the tree by Trinity Church.
#we walked down alley ways and through mews that are quite hidden from the hustle and bustle of London.
#he also felt confident enough to look through windows and knock on door???this house belonged to Stacey...who must have been about 80yrs old...previously she had invited people in, but we obviously looked a bit dodgy!!!

HAPPY.....for a different evening out seeing parts of our capital city I never knew about.
