Nature in action

Yesterday's caterpillar has morphed into a lovely little butterfly! Had to be done!

It is a much sunnier day here than yesterday, so after ringing the bells I headed out to get some steps in. I'm on a 12 mile challenge this weekend and have 11 in already so the pressure is off. I reckon I can fit in a bit more plodding, though :)
