Sitting comfortably...... now!

Two zigzag serpentine springs in our rather old sofa had broken, so Ro finally decided to mend them!  Of course having only one spare one we had to find somewhere, preferably open on a Sunday, which sold these!  Tried a number of shops with no success.  Finally as a last resort we tried Nortex Mill which is described as an Aladdin's cave of materials.  They sold the stuff!  Eureka!  They had to cut it off a roll and this is a photo of Ro fixing the last spring in place!  He wasn't about to pose, so I took the photo holding a torch!  We now sit comfortably!
