Delta Dog decided she didn't want to go down the 165 steps and sat down while I was chatting to a friend. She can be quite stubborn at times. I eventually let go of the lead (a no-no for guide dog puppies), went down two flights and used the "come" command. She came running. Repeating this about 5 times is how we got down all those steps.
As responding to the "come" command is the only time she gets treats, she has been manipulating me like this for a while now. All other rewards are lots of praise.
