A closeup of street art on the side of a substation here in the city.
Above the cat a picture of Audrey Hepburn has been painted, so I'm guessing that the cat with the crown is in reference to Audrey being queen of the cougars?
(with cougar being the modern term for an older sexy woman)
I'll go back at some stage and get a better look at the artists signature so I can reference this to him/her.
