Pain Maison

Today's loaf, made with the flour I picked up in Carrefours while we were away in France last week. It rose so well that I scraped the top of it putting it in the oven, and had to lower the shelf!

(PS To all my blipfriends who were kind enough to say how sad they were I was leaving and that they'd miss me - I missed you too and so I'm back!)
