Moot

He's been back at the vet and it looks like he has to have an operation tomorrow.  Which is rotten for him. 

We play a delicate game with his health.  He has diabetes and that means we try have to try to control what he eats (currently only sofas and small children).  However, the food that's good for diabetes is exactly the sort of thing that exacerbates his problems with struvite crystals.

We're constantly trying to balance the two conditions so that one doesn't get out of hand. 

However.  It looks like he's had a build up of crystals and he needs to have them washed out.  He's had an injection at the vet today and I'm hoping he's going to pee like a horse for the rest of tonight and tomorrow morning.

If not, then it's back to the vet for a wee op.  Pun not intended.
