Seafield Reflections

This image of reed reflections was taken at Seafield Pond towards the end of the day. Its complex frenetic patterns are probably enough to give you a headache and it is probably best viewed large in order to see the wavy detail. I experimented a bit with exposure in order to get the best shutter time to capture the image crisply. I have also chosen to print in monochrome as I felt the reflected blue sky was a bit of a distraction and made the image feel very cold, even though  that was a fair reflection of the temperature when I took the shot
