Tonight has been my third run in the last week, I'm enjoying getting back out there and the weather was rather pleasant compared to the wind and rain of the last few days ( still nippy though ).

I only ran about three miles doing a couple of circuits of the bridges along the river. There's very little in the way of street lighting along most of the route, so today's blip is a .....
