A question of scale !

I had no blip today, so following yesterday's picture of a cabinet full of model tractors, Mr Tbay and I decided to look at a couple in more detail.

The big red one is an MF 8737, new out in real life in 2014. It is 340 horse power. The other one is a Little Grey Ferguson, built in the late 1940's, and is 24 horse power. The models are both the same scale of 1/32, and it is plain to see how tractors have grown over the past nearly 70 years.

I may well use the tractors again as blips are a bit limited outside at present . The rain hit today and it has poured down for most of it! At least it is not snow. Hopefully that will miss us.

Farming - two on compost hauling. Mr Tbay Jnr spent a large portion of the day trying to track down a gas strut he ordered before Christmas. It came, was opened and there the trail goes cold. It is here somewhere, it's just we can't find it! Needless to say this was very annoying!

Mr Tbay Jnr also changed his car today and purchased a more family orientated model. His Landrover Defender is going and in its place there will be a Red Shogun which will be a bit more comfortable for a baby! Also more comfortable for the rest of us too!

For me another day at the desk but I did get quite a lot done one way or another.
