Homegrown parsnip. I guess there was not enough room to grow properly where it was located...

(This one will be served with grated tuber and root crops, gently fried together, served with chicken with chopped sundried tomatoes, parmegiano and parma ham on top - who said that Wednesday dinner have to be boring?)
