Go to work on an egg.

I am trying to get more protein into my diet, for many reasons, but a big one is that I need to stop wanting to eat my own arm for most of the morning at work, and then wanting to sleep all afternoon because I'm crashing after a carby lunch. So I am going to work on an egg (or two). Ideally, I would like the photo that represents this to involve me riding an egg down the M65 like a bucking bronco, but that is sadly beyond my grasp.
