Oh dear

I'm already blipping my dinner - times must be getting hard...

Put simply, my mojo ebbs and flows with most things and the camera is no exception.  When the grotty weather comes I tend to lose my enthusiasm for things.

Recently I've been trying to break the food monotony with some weird and wonderful recipes.  Will likes risotto but Charlotte isn't great with vegetables, so I invented a risotto of sausages, bacon, sweet peppers, corn and a fair bit of chilli.  It tasted far better than it sounds and the kids scoffed the lot without really noticing the vegetables. A result!
