June in January

Horrible dark cold windy day brightened immensely by a Blip meet with my friend Pat and a new cd arrived in the post - June Tabor - themed to do with the sea... I am a big fan so looking forward to it muchly. Oh - and the arrival of a book on the geology of the British Isles - The Hidden Landscape: Journey into the Geological Past by Richard Fortey - bought it to help inspiration for upcoming exhibition on Mining.
Can you believe the book only cost a penny online. How do they do that? Someone said they make their money from the postage??? How does that work?
