Perfect Timing

Made myself go out for a short walk in what turned out to be a small weather window. Went to Alainn View to see what the waterfall was up to. It is so difficult to capture visually the noise and the incredible power of the vast quantities of water sweeping downstream. I took some of the waterfall itself but they don't really do it justice. Preferred this one taken further along the river.

This is what it looked like month or so back - it was even wilder this afternoon.

Ferries are off again today - hoping there will be at least one tomorrow to take the school group off island for their ski trip.
