snowdrop and rose

It's still raging outdoors, and I'm still feeling throaty so staying in the warm. 
We spent the morning trying unsuccessfully to persuade the washing machine to work, and also unsuccessfully to figure out why half the lights have stopped working. 
Now waiting in both for the electrician and for the washing machine guy. 
I had fun with this for an hour until eye strain made me stop. It's quite tricky with makeshift lights etc. I start to feel the need for a studio set-up!
It's a large silk rose (no real ones at the moment), which is both background and a focal point seen refracted in the droplet. Not that expertly done I know but I was happy with it for a first attempt. 
I was quite pleased with this one too.
