The current read

I don't for a second pretend to be any literature genius, too much of my education was science based due to my professional aims from an early age, but I do increasingly enjoy novels from a bygone era. The use of words and language seems to have changed, and not for the better. Or maybe I'm reading the wrong modern output!

Have discovered John Updike, and after this current read, I'm heading to his "Rabbit" series. All good stuff.....

A much needed quiet night in after last night's jaunt through west. Another stormy night out there, so good to be in front of fire with a good read.
