#NWfor2012, lighting a dull Salford afternoon

I've been sporting a yellow hoodie today at Looping the Loop, a Cultural Olympiad event in Trafford and Salford.

The day finished with a Walk the Plank feature on the Manchester Ship Canal. We were outside the Lowry and these sparkling canoes are between us and the Imperial War Museum North. Sue's comment was that it was 'fecking cold'
