Call me Rachel

Gales ! It seems this storm has a name - she is Rachel .
Rachel is a calm , serene , gentle sort of name to me.
Apart from getting really wet, I really enjoyed being out at the seafront in Helensburgh watching the gulls and feeling the power of the wind.
I had a lovely time with a friend / mentor of mine in Glasgow this afternoon .
Inspiring , supportive , challenging and kind.
All the things I need.

And I really have had enough of Rachel now ...she needs to calm down , as my daughter said today !
