Afon Clywedog

Enjoyed this river and it's weir so much the other day we both returned this time for a proper explore. It really is a belting valley for quite a long way upstream.

I have to say I have fallen in love all over again with my tiny tabletop tripod this week. A bit of a leap of faith but it will sit in the base of the river ok and enable super low level (ie 5 cm above the river) long exposures.

It was simply a case of just press the self timer and sit back. I wanted a hint of white but not too much so this worked quite pleasingly, I do love the inbuilt ND filter on the G12 it does make this kind of thing easier.
