Lady in Red

I'm not sure how long this graffiti by Emo (?) has been in Market Row, but will be interested to see how long it stays up;  another image was removed by the council - to much public outrage - last year.  

I admire a lot of street art but the debate of when it becomes 'real' art over mindless vandalism (and legally most of it is vandalism) is an interesting one.
