The Drumochter Pass

After a week we finally headed home. My mum is staying with my dad at a hotel about half way between Edinburgh and Inverness because she was feeling very tired and needed a rest. She seems to be getting better but she still has her ups and down while recovering.

When we were traveling through the snowy pass it started blizzarding!! We were really worried that we weren't going to make it through but we did. The snow was even starting to settle on the road! Once we got through the snow storm the sun was really shining bright and it was a good photo oppertunity (even though we were still moving!) I managed to get this photo and I thought it was cool how the road sign is tilted!! Probably after all the windy weather!

When we were going along the A82 it started to blizzard. This time it was worse as it was settling all over the road and made the road skiddey. Even though we were in beckys defender we still managed to do two biggish skids on the main road never mind our track!!

Some how we survied....!!!!! When we got to the house there was probably more than 1 foot of snow!! I could hardly walk haha!
