I'm more involved in campaigns at work these days, so I tend to notice more when companies send mass communications. This one bugs me. If you've used my name and address to get the letter to me, can you not address the letter to me? They're even hedging their bets in case I've added someone else to the mortgage.

In fact, forget campaigns, it's basic mail merge.
