The barrier

On 24 Oct I took a picture of the new flood barrier being erected outside the CAB where I work on Thursdays. Today the currents in the swollen river were strong and the picture does not do them justice.  Behind the river bank is the new barrier supposedly protecting us from floods. Lets wait and see.
