Mango Seeds

The seedling production is not Alepha's responsibility, but when she observed progress, she realised that the team responsible were falling behind and she appears to have assumed control.
Her target is to collect and sow 11,000 mangos for planting out in early 2016 and this pic shows the first 1156 collected today. 
She has called in reinforcements from the factory to curt off the fruit, clean, wash and disinfect these, on their dad off so as to get the process back on course.
Over the next few days I am certain she will achieve her target, as she has no concept of failure. She is one determined young woman and an example to us all as to what determination, common sense and useful intelligence can achieve.
