A Pleasant Pheasant

A work colleague had been out shooting over the weekend, and he has been rather sucessful! So he brought some of the fruits of his labour into work to share.

Having lived a sheltered life when it comes to Wild birds.... .... ... I wasn't sure if i'd like it.

Took one of them home, roasted it, ate it, and it was very tasty! This was my new experience for the week!
