Enough of the introduction

The intro nearly put me completely off of the book. I can understand having a bit of an intro, but this one goes for nearly a third of the book. I ended up giving up on it and am now into the book itself. Quite enjoying but would have enjoyed it more if I skipped the intro completely!

Oh well, I know for next time to check before I start reading.
