egyptian grasshopper

...busy day, today, preparing for our visitors. Met my sister at the station after lunch and then my brother and sister-in-law at Pisa airport this evening. I thought I would end up having to post something mundane until this Egyptian grasshopper landed on the terrace table. These are huge and, when they fly, they can easily be mistaken for birds!
