Road to salvation

I decided to go with my uncle and C to the Salvation Army citadel this morning for their service. We had all been (much to my sister's disgust) to the Christmas service, in which C was performing!
Well it was a beautiful service but did reduce me to tears. There were 965 hymns in their hymn book plus another couple of hundred in an alternative book. The second hymn they sang was 'How great Thou art' a) one of my favourite hymns b) chosen by me for my mother's funeral last Monday!
A quick hug from uncle B was needed before I could finish the hymn
