a door of happiness

Cimetière

Paris, France.

At the final resting place of Oscar Wilde and numerous other luminaries. It's a nice cemetery with some nice spots for quiet contemplation, but most of it is overrun with tourists (like us). There's a certain irony in tourists wanting to go to 'authentic' places when they visit a city — these places stop being 'authentic' fairly quickly after the first tourist steps into them.
