A bit less of the stuff

A late rise this morning (just) and a walk before some beans on toast for lunch. Kylie span some more and then we packed the car and headed back down the M6, pausing at Tebay to bag a rib of beef for dinner.

The gritters and snow ploughs had been out around Leadhills over the weekend and the roads had all been cleared. Pity in a way - there was a part of us that fancied getting stuck for a day or so, but it wasn't to be.
