The View

The planned return match of Risk had to be postponed till next Sunday.  That was ok as it was a crisp, cold and sunny winter's day - perfect for walking the hills.  Took a trip along the A9 south to Blackford and walked up the Red Brae, stopping to look at the snow capped Ben Ledi in the distance, which seemed somehow much closer covered in snow!

There is a wood across from the cemetery that has wide path which looks over the village with the Ochils as a backdrop.  It's a great view.

As we had built up a thirst, stopped off in Gloagburn on the way home for a refreshment.  That included a scone with butter and jam :-)
