Athlete Games - Winner!

Another fantastic day at the Athlete Games. Here we have Phil Hesketh winning the final WOD and in turn became the winner of the male RX event. It was neck and neck until the end. Great to watch.

We were also able to cheer on two local (to us) female athletes, Steph Dekker from Crossfit Glasgow down the road and Kim Lole from Crossfit Forth Valley in Stirling. Steph came 3rd in the female RX event and Kim came 5th in the female masters 40-44.

We were also cheering on another male RX athlete, James St Ledger, who we found out (through the wonder of Facebook) is friends with my cousin and his wife!

It was a fantastic event. Even better than last year. It was very well organised and a slick production all round. Great WODs to keep you entertained as a spectator. Well done to all involved!
