A Cloudy Black Peak

It bucketed down with rain for most of the day, with fresh snow on the mountains.  12 of us met this morning to go for a walk, but instead we had a nice hot cuppa at a local café.  As it was still raining when we came out, we all headed for home!  The rain finally cleared about 5 p.m., so after dinner I headed out to see what was happening down by the lake.  I thought these fluffy white clouds looked great with Black Peak in the distance.  The front dark hill is called Ironside Hill, and I have often had my lunch sitting under the lone tree on the top.  Let's hope that summer will return tomorrow.
