monumenta nuit des musees

SO we ended up going to Monumenta twice tonight as part of the Nuit des Musees (an annual night where museums open late and free) with a rather pleasant trip to the Petit Palais in between.

The second time we popped in gust to enjoy a drink in and were really glad for it. The change from light to dark gave a completely different feel to the place. Also we got the bizerre sight of an unplanned and unsanctioned piece of 'performance art' by a guy in a sleeping bag on one of the mirrors.
