Frozen.

Literally, frozen water surrounding these trees.  I deliberately left the colours of this photograph quite muted because that was how it looked, although I had to go up to ISO 1600 to get the shot, so it is very grainy.  It might look as if I have gone out into the countryside somewhere but in fact this is the scenic view from a supermarket car park I visit regularly.  The rest of the views are just typically ugly, with cars, signs, shops and a petrol station.  The photograph reminds me of Robert Frost's poem about going through the woods, which I can remember reading in school.
