Chubbed

Out to lunch.

Walked across town to the restaurant of choice because I couldn't find bus fare change in the house, only to be greeted with closed doors and a "Sorry. Closed for lunch today due to electrical maintenance" sign. The vegetarian Indian with the excellent buffet lunch was quite nearby however and I did manage to put away a lot of curry, rice and various accompaniments to make up for my disappointment.

Walked home a different way back through town to make it a bit of a circular journey all in and then plotted the route on some map/distance calculator website  to find I'd done over 6 miles. No wonder the legs feel a bit weary, jaybroek may have to carry me to the flicks tonight.
