Twisted Hazel

Grey and overcast for most of the day.

I spent a pleasant few hours clearing the long narrow part of the garden, lots of branches to dispose of some into the green bin and some dry enough to be broken up for kindling.

Sawed another branch off the dead crab apple tree, it will come in handy as mini logs. A branch of my neighbour's eucalyptus had also fallen into the garden, excellent for starting this afternoons fire.

It started raining late afternoon just as I was taking a quick photo of the twisted hazel for today's blip.
