Mobilise!

These are our implements of torture, sorry mobility kit. These keeps our bodies moving smoothly while training and get rid of those nasty knots and tight spots.

Might be sore at first but you really see the difference immediately after!

My favourites are the voodoo band (blue band rolled up) and the rod with the spiky balls on it. They really sort out my sniff ankles and tights calves!
