Eye to Eye Contact

Just as we were thinking all the squirrels had emigrated to avoid the snow  Polly spotted this squirrel - or more accurately the squirrel spotted Polly.  She was so taken aback she just stood and stared whilst the cheeky little creature came closer and closer.  Eventually natural instincts took over - Polly chased the squirrel which promptly ran up a tree (which is most unsporting).

Please note - tomorrow Jan 21st is  Squirrel Appreciation Day - honest :-)
