To do or not to do, that is the question.

I've been contemplating over starting a college course on photography for some time now. I've found this one but not sure whether to do it. I'm looking for a 6 months or 1 year course that teaches various photography techniques as well as photoshop as well. If anybody who lives in greater Manchester area and knows of any, please let me know. :-)
