School Holidays

Last week of holidays and lots of children out and about, often with grandparents.

Went to the State Library to see the 'Shopkeepers of Newtown' photographic exhibition and then a stroll through the Domain to the NSW Art Gallery.
Had intended to see the 'Pop to Popism' exhibition, but lost my glasses in the 19thc Australian art section, so decided I'll come back another time.

There was a performance by the Etcetera Duo, who use mime, magic and illusion to bring works of art to life.
It was called Popcornucopia and everybody was entranced, especially the littlies.
When it finished and everybody had left, these two stayed talking.
I loved the way they were engrossed in conversation.
