Blue Jay Lunch

A Blue Jay settled on some measly ole bird feed for lunch today since the squirrels have finished up the rest of his favorite (salted peanuts) food I put out there!! This is a very strange bird.

Although it nest high in the tree, he collects his food and hides it in the ground much similar to the fashion in which squirrels hide their food.
